Knife gate valves are designed to handle the process industries (Ash, pulp&paper, power/utility, Oil and Gas production, Chemical refining)
HW knife gate valves have a Lug face to face & Raised face to face body design.
Available seats are metal & Resilient seat especially EPDM, Poly-amide, Teflon, Silicone, etc....
Design feature also include a raised face seat with the groove that prevents clogging (As the valve is open the flow cleans the groove)

FEATURE
Uni-seat Knife gate valves are designed for application in the power industries, Ash, waste water handling and RFCC.
They are also designed for high abrasive slurry and bi-directional service.
Uni-valves have a lug face to face.
Service temperature ratings are 76 248 F(-60 120 ), available size is 2 24 Uni-valves have a continuous poly-urethane seat from packing chamber to flange face including body chest.
Thus, no additional gaskets for installing valves are required.
Uni-valves is offered a variety of actuator including handwheel, chain, gear, electric, air or Hydraulic actuation.
